The name “paterr” is an acronym made up of the terms patrimoine, architecture and territory.
It defines the horizon of our expertise, but also reveals a deeper, more intimate meaning. “paterr” is more than just an enumeration of our skills; it’s the expression of a union of timeless values such as simplicity, authenticity, beauty and the quest for perfection.

We’re looking for sensitive, tactile architecture capable of generating emotions. The relationship between inside and outside is central. As such, the treatment of transitional spaces is a recurring theme, such as doors, windows, balconies and similar architectural devices.

Payam Bidari is a dynamic and experienced architect. He specializes in the optimization of workspaces, industrial projects and large-scale housing projects. His analytical mind and artistic sense shape his architectural vision, enabling him to create, develop and implement architectural projects in complex environments.
Payam also draws his creativity from his many cultural travels. During his escapades, he creates architectural sketches whenever a monument, structure or landscape catches his eye. His curiosity about the world around him inspires the design of his art and architecture projects.
A passionate architect, Payam is also a multi-talented artist: painter, graphic artist and designer. Sensitive to the visual arts from an early age, he moves with ease from drawing to photography, sculpture to painting, and structures his works with the eye of an architect.
