Located in Corsier-sur-Vevey, this ambitious project aims to expand the existing school site, in response to the commune’s demographic evolution and new educational needs. Mandated as project management assistant, our office assisted the Commune in the organization of a Mandat d’Études Parallèles (MEP) in accordance with the SIA 143 standard, structured in several phases of dialogue with the selected teams of architects.

The project calls for the creation of additional classrooms, extracurricular spaces, a crèche, premises for the management team, and a complete redesign of the outdoor spaces (playground, soft mobility, play areas), etc.

At the same time, a feasibility study, detailed program, MEP regulations and precise financial framework were put in place to guarantee a clear vision shared by municipal decision-makers, experts and contractors. This exemplary process represents a strategic step in the region’s territorial and educational planning.
